TAYLOR J. MITCHELL (Ensemble & u/s Shug Avery & u/s Nettie & u/s Church Lady & u/s Olivia, Color Purple) is a multi-talented artist in the city who focuses on telling uplifting stories of her community and the future she wants to see. She serves as an actress, director, choreographer, and teaching artist. She is so thrilled to be making her PSF debut in one of her favorite musicals. Taylor’s recent credits include Once on this Island (Arden Theatre), Sisters (Severine Pictures), Finding Freedom (Museum of American Revolution), Plum Bun (EgoPo Classic Theater), Mary Poppins (Quintessence Theatre), Dreamgirls (Theatre in the X). Education: Walnut Street Acting Apprentice 2018-2019; B.F.A Theatre Performance (Alabama State University).
